  " maybe the more you look, the less you really know? And maybe that is a fact, a true fact. In a way it's the only fact there is. So maybe we should not look at the " FACTS" but the meaning of the facts. Even if we conclude the facts have no meaning"

  Exit therapist

  i am having quite a bit of trouble leaving and fading.

  does anyone have recommendations of an exit therapist?

  it doesn't matter where they are located, i need to get out physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Check out a thread by " compound & complex" titled " The natural beauty of our neighborhood" or maybe the best therapy is to find something of real value to you? Something you can attach your life too. So maybe the answer is found in your user name " Beachlover". The world is fall of beautiful beaches.

  Thankfully not many publishers remind " me" of Troy.

  i took my son to the watford football club family day,-and the highlight- troy deeney.

  he stayed until every last item was signed and every selfie was taken.

  we left way after the end of the event and he left after us.

  I took my son to the Watford football club family day,-and the highlight- Troy Deeney. He stayed until every last item was signed and every selfie was taken. We left way after the end of the event and he left after us. He is the embodiment of everything my football club used to be about. I spoke to some of the stewards and they were saying Troy is the most down to earth person you could meet- what a contrast to the rest of the team who looked bored and left leaving many kids with unsigned shirts and selfies.

  Anyway Troy kind of reminded me of me, when I was a witness, I was full of enthusiasm on the ministry and sadly highly successful. However most of the congregation were like the rest of the Watford players, they couldn't be bothered on the ministry.

  How were you on the ministry, zelouse or lazy? Did you have any zelouse and successful publishers? I am sure that the large % of witnesses can't be bothered on the ministry, and this is why I was not surprised to discover no outsiders have been bought in to the congregation since I left.

  The Rebel :- whose advice is be zelouse for something you love and that is worthwhile.

  in a previous post i mentioned i purchased a tape-deck to listen to "pear tree in the wilderness" by a very talented busker named kai jansen.

  listening to his songs after 20 years created strong feelings and wonderful memories yet i have to admit the songs didn't live up to expectation.. so yesterday for an experiment i sat down with my 10 year old boy and introduced him to the music of:-.

  bowie, eno, u2, aldo nova, the smiths, the who.. orlandos comments " absolute rubbish!!".

  But Punk, you are missing the point of " Punk" music. Longevity and reputation was never the point of punk music. It was however great music, and snobbery didn't come in to it. Punk Rock belongs in the 1970s and kids of today can no more appreciate that, than I can appreciate my grandmothers gramophone music.

  in a previous post i mentioned i purchased a tape-deck to listen to "pear tree in the wilderness" by a very talented busker named kai jansen.

  listening to his songs after 20 years created strong feelings and wonderful memories yet i have to admit the songs didn't live up to expectation.. so yesterday for an experiment i sat down with my 10 year old boy and introduced him to the music of:-.

  The Elders want to meet with me and the hubby... Lol lol lol

  so the elders called wanting to meet with me and my husband.

  most likely because i told a concerned jw friend of mine that i really care about that i wasn't coming back and a couple of the issues i had.

  i didn't bring up any so-called "apostate" information, just told her about the australian royal commission and that there are a lot of unscriptural teachings and that the gb apply scriptures that are about jehovah and jesus to themselves, which is idolatry.

  Now this is a true story. I have had the elders come meet with me....they taught me about morals and Jehover, and tried to solve unresolvable problems, like me returning to the congregation. Let's fast forward, what became of those Elders full or righteousness who I called " Hitler"? Well put the cheap violin on and weep , one of them had his son turn apostate and the other I understand has started chemothraphy.

  Thats why I am just glad to be free, to live my life in happiness with my boy and my wife and I forgive those mind controlled Elders.

  now the majority of people nowadays do no go by the hope of old times.

  now the reason for this is important and goes beyond mere words.

  our culture sees ethics especially national or civil politics as the rules and standards by which we guide ourselves.

  In a previous post I mentioned I purchased a tape-deck to listen to "pear tree in the wilderness" by a very talented busker named Kai Jansen. Listening to his songs after 20 years created strong feelings and wonderful memories, yet I have to admit the songs didn't live up to expectation.

  So yesterday for an experiment I sat down with my 10 year old boy and introduced him to the music of:-

  Bowie, Eno, U2, Aldo Nova, The Smiths, The Who.

  Orlandos comments " Absolute Rubbish !!". However Abba, did meet with his approval, which was odd because when Abba first made it I thought they were absolute rubbish.

  Anyway if Armegeddon is further delayed:-

  A) Do you think the great music of " The Beetles"" Bowie" " The Stones" " can survive and be appreciated in a hundred years time? Or will it just become " The Who?"

  B) If yes by whom?

  In my opinion songs like Happy Birthday are timeless, but iam not sure the great songs like " my generation" will survive.
